چکیده

The article presents the results of a molecular genetic study two isolates Pseudorabies virus that were isolated from pigs in Ukraine. Bioinformatic analysis gE gene fragment Aujeszky's disease (Pseudorabies virus) was carried out order to determine phylogenetic relationships and homology nucleotide sequences. Fragments Aujeszky genome corresponding C-terminal region selected for sequencing further analysis. As result conducted studies, it demonstrated sequences analyzed samples differ each other by presence ACG insert tandem repeats region. Comparison studied with strains/isolates found Europe Asia, presented GenBank database, indicates such an is characteristic Min-A HNJZ strains (position 1487 gene) Asia. Analysis showed sequence sample No. 1 100% identical 89V87 00V72 Belgium. 3 99.13%. In clarify belonging particular genogroup (genetic cluster), dendrogram constructed. This demonstrates between virus. It belong cluster uniting European strains/isolates, are most genetically close 00V72.

Molecular characterization and phylogenetic analysis of pseudorabies virus variants isolated from Guangdong province of southern China during 2013–2014

Outbreaks of pseudorabies (PR) have occurred in southern China since late 2011, resulting in significant economic impacts on the swine industry. To identify the cause of PR outbreaks, especially among vaccinated pigs, 11 pseudorabies virus (PRV) field strains were isolated from Guangdong province during 2013-2014. Their major viral genes (gE, TK, gI, PK, gD, 11K, and 28K) were analyzed in this ...

Molecular detection and phylogenetic analysis of Avipoxvirus strains isolated from different bird species

The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify a 578 bp fragment of the poxvirus 4b core protein. Avipoxvirus (APV) specific DNA was detected in all 10 different isolates (each of which had been isolated from an epidemic) isolated from chicken; canary and mynah were collected from Tehran province. Sequencing was performed for 2 isolates as representative and the nucleotide sequence sho...
